By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Kolukuluri is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Replacements

We offer replacements for products received in a defective, damaged, or incorrect condition. Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. Please refer to our Replacement Policy for full details.

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final unless a valid replacement claim is approved.

6. Unboxing Video Recommendation

Customers are strongly advised to record a continuous, uninterrupted video while opening their package. This video serves as important evidence in the event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Failure to provide an unboxing video may limit our ability to verify certain claims. We will, however, review each case based on all available evidence.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kolukuluri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
